    By using the Feldmans Farm & Home Loyalty Card you acknowledge having read the following terms and conditions and agree to use this card in accordance with them.

    1. To earn reward points, you must provide your phone number or name each time you make a purchase.

    2. Points earned on the Loyalty Card cannot be redeemed for cash.

    3. We reserve the right to alter or discontinue the program at any time.

    4. Some exclusions apply. Points will not be calculated on most merchandise purchases (excludes power equipment & accessories and discontinued clearance item). Loyalty program does not include propane/gas exchanges, sales tax, or gift cards. Other exclusions may apply.

    5. Unused Loyalty points begin to expire after 300 days of inactivity. Oldest points expire first.

    6. Personal information used to sign up for a Feldmans Farm & Home Loyalty account is used only for identification purposes and to provide Loyalty customers with sale notices or other store-related updates. Personal information is never sold or transferred to a third party.

    7. These Terms & Conditions are governed by state law.
