Our COVID-19 Response

Dear Feldmans Customers,

With the ongoing spread of the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19), our primary concern is the health and well-being of our customers, team members, and community. We continue to actively monitor Coronavirus developments and, in our effort to reduce the spread of this virus, are taking the following steps:

Online Shopping
We encourage our customers to take advantage of our online shop site when possible: https://shop.feldmans-fh.com

In addition to the thousands of items already on our shop site, we are actively working to upload all of our animal feed and pet foods so customers can shop and pay online from the safety and convenience of their home. When you come to your local Feldmans to pick up your order, we can load your products into your vehicle.

Team Member Policies
We are requiring that team members with flu-like symptoms (or with a member of their household having flu-like symptoms) stay home for at least 14 days. We are also cancelling all non-essential company meetings and travel to reduce person-to-person contact.

Daily Disinfection
Our daily disinfection routine has been beefed up and includes high-touch surfaces and objects such as computers, phones, credit card machines, shopping cart handles, faucets, door knobs, and more.

Cancelled Public Events
We have cancelled our spring Fun Fest customer appreciation day and all monthly grilling demos until further notice. We are saddened to do this but feel that this is the best way for us to help reduce the spread of this disease from person-to-person contact.

Additional changes and policies will be implemented as needed or required by authorities. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience these changes cause but we feel this is the best way for us to help reduce the spread of this disease. Thank you for your understanding.
